For events with 100 or more guests, we are pleased to offer our buffet catering service!
- Buffet Catering Price: $45 per guest
- Includes: Delivery (within a two-hour drive from Sushi On), buffet setup and wrap-up, buffet equipment rental, and a personalized selection of 21 dishes from our buffet menu:
- 4 Roll choices
- 4 Sushi choices
- 4 Salad choices
- 4 Dessert choices
- 5 Hot Food choices
- Complimentary steamed or fried rice
- Not Included: Buffet tables, guest table settings, tablecloths, silverware, plates, and drinks are NOT included in our catering. Please note that while our staff will handle buffet setup, they will not assist with guest table settings or venue cleanup outside of the buffet area.
- Venue Requirements: An on-site kitchen or prep room is required for food finishing and restocking. The buffet setup requires 35 feet of table space, so please arrange buffet tables accordingly.
- Finalization Deadline: Menu selections, full payment, and any updates must be completed at least two weeks before the event date.
- Availability: Event dates are served on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to call or email us to check availability and secure your preferred date.
